/1 DEFINE PLAYER PROFILE

Establish a general and specific player profile by position to develop their talent and create our ideal model.

/2 DEFINING TRAINING CONTENT: TRAINING STRUCTURE

104 football training contents are the basis of our football training model and structure.

/3 SEQUENCING CONTENT BY STAGE

At each stage, the contents suitable for the development of the player's talent and the order in which they are to be used are chosen.

/4 DEVELOPING THE TRAINING PLAN

Taking into account the category, level and gender, we create the team's annual work plan by organising the contents.

/5 DESIGNING TRAINING SESSIONS

We choose the most effective exercises at all times and design all the sessions of the season in detail.
